Superior Court Gets 2 New Commissioners

A civil litigation specialist and a prosecutor have been named new commissioners for Ventura County Superior Court.
Attorney William Q. Liebmann and Deputy Dist. Atty. Bruce A. Young will fill vacancies created by the promotion of Superior Court Judge Manuel J. Covarrubias and the upcoming retirement of Superior Court Commissioner John H. Pattie.
They will begin their positions early next year.
