Re “Cheney Wins, Public Loses,” editorial,” Dec. 11: Does the Pentagon develop military strategy in public? No. For that matter, does The Times develop editorial policy in public? Again, no.
While you may criticize the administration for not looking at all sides of the issues of energy policy, asking its members to make public the discussions held during the development of that policy is just as wrongheaded as letting me sit in on your board of directors meetings.
