Police Seek Help Finding Woman With Handicap

A woman with the mental capacity of a 7-year-old was reported missing, an Orange County sheriff’s spokesman said Friday.
Rosa Hipatia Navarro, 49, was described as about 5 feet tall, 210 pounds, with curly brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen near Holt Avenue and 17th Street at 8 a.m. Thursday. She was wearing dark pants, a vest, a blouse, a visor with a white star and tennis shoes, authorities said. She was carrying a black purse.
