A Burbank man was sentenced this week to a year in jail in connection with a credit card fraud operation at the Camarillo Premium Outlets, prosecutors said.
Tigran Petrosyan, 31, pleaded guilty in January to grand theft, forgery and identity theft.
During his sentencing, Petrosyan also was ordered to pay restitution and spend three years on probation.
Authorities believe that Petrosyan and co-defendant Gregorin Babayan, 27, of Reseda used counterfeit credit cards in August and September to buy $6,172 worth of merchandise at a jewelry store and $1,933 worth of goods at a clothing store.
Petrosyan also participated in using a counterfeit credit card to buy $6,963 worth of goods from another retailer at the outlet mall. Babayan was sentenced in February to 180 days in jail.
