Turn Off the Music

If smokers are entitled to specific areas or lounges at airports (“Trying to Steer Clear of the Smoking Lounge,” Her World, April 21), the same should apply for those who do not want to be bothered by music at airports. Enjoying music (and we do) does not mean you want to hear it all the time and anywhere.
At Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport, the music was so loud in the concourse that we could barely hear the television in our boarding area. If you want a quiet and peaceful area to relax or read a book, forget it.
