In the works: Mighty Mouse will fly again. And befitting the fact that 60 years have passed since the cartoon superhero’s debut, he’ll be computer generated this time out. Nickelodeon Films is partnering with action director John Woo and his producing partner, Terence Chang, to produce the film for Paramount.

Synergy: Tamyra Gray, a finalist on the Fox talent show “American Idol,” will appear as a high school student in four episodes of the network’s dramatic series “Boston Public” in February.
