** Michigan State (3-5) at No. 15 Michigan (6-2), 9 a.m., ESPN2: Discipline problems contributing to suspensions on a Spartan team that can’t afford them. LINE: Michigan by 15.
* Texas A&M; (5-3) at Oklahoma State (3-4), 9:30 a.m., Fox Sports Net: Two unranked teams in November, and no compelling reason to watch. LINE: Texas A&M; by 3.
*** Boston College (4-3) at No. 4 Notre Dame (8-0), 11:30 a.m., Channel 4; KSPN (1110): Monumental game if Boston College pulls one of its classic upsets, just another step if Notre Dame wins. LINE: Notre Dame by 9.
** No. 25 Tennessee (4-3) at South Carolina (5-3), 12:30 p.m., Channel 2: Tennessee receiver Kelley Washington will miss another game because of concussion. Seems like Volunteers are missing the whole season. LINE: Tennessee by 1 1/2.
*** No. 16 Arizona State (7-2) at No. 8 Washington State (7-1), 12:30 p.m., Channel 7: USC’s open date allows Trojans to watch how their Rose Bowl prospects are looking up in Pullman. LINE: Washington State by 7.
** Illinois (3-5) at No. 20 Penn State (5-3), 12:30 p.m., ESPN: Nittany Lions lost to Ohio State last week, 13-7. Illini should be no problem. LINE: Penn State by 14.
** No. 18 Florida State (5-3) at Wake Forest (5-4), 1 p.m., ESPN2: Adrian McPherson takes over at quarterback after fans, teammates turn on Chris “Turnoversauras” Rix. LINE: Florida State by 10.
*** No. 7 Texas (7-1) at Nebraska (6-3), 4 p.m., Fox Sports Net: Don’t be so fast to pick the Cornhuskers to lose at home. LINE: Texas by 3 1/2.
** UCLA (5-3) at Washington (4-4), 4 p.m., TBS, KXTA (1150): Battle underway to determine Bruin quarterback most likely to transfer. LINE: Pick.
*** Pittsburgh (6-2) at No. 3 Virginia Tech (8-0), 4:30 p.m., ESPN2: Hokies cruising along toward Miami game. Good time to avoid any slip-up. LINE: Virginia Tech by 12 1/2.
*** No. 5 Georgia (8-0) vs. Florida (5-3) at Jacksonville, Fla., 4:45 p.m., ESPN: Gators could end this Georgia run here and now, especially with Bulldog receiver and punt returner Damien Gary out because of leg surgery. LINE: Georgia by 1.
