Centennial Committee Seeks Planning Help

The Oxnard Centennial Celebration Committee invites residents and community groups to a meeting Thursday to help plan the city’s 100th birthday party June 30, 2003.
The planning session will be at 6 p.m. in the community meeting room at City Hall, 300 W. 3rd St.
