2 Enter Pleas in Conspiracy Case

Two former Boeing Co. managers pleaded not guilty to charges they plotted to secure trade secrets from competitor Lockheed Martin Co. to help Boeing win rocket contracts from the Air Force.
Kenneth Branch and William Erskine each face a single federal count of conspiracy to conceal and possess trade secrets.
According to charges in a federal indictment, Branch, a former Lockheed employee, allegedly brought to Boeing details on Lockheed’s planned bid for the contracts.
