Drive-By Shooting Kills Man, Wounds Toddler

A man was killed and a 2-year-old boy wounded in a drive-by shooting Tuesday night in the community of Walnut Park near South-Central Los Angeles.
The hospitalized child was expected to survive, sheriff’s officials said.
The shooting occurred at 8:40 p.m. in the 2300 block of Walter Street.
The victims weren’t identified, and no one was in custody.
