Baseball game -- A listing of Independence Day events in the Orange County Edition’s California section Tuesday incorrectly reported that Thursday’s baseball game at Edison International Field will begin at 6 p.m. The game will begin at 7 p.m.

Dana Point: Dana Point Harbor -- Fireworks show. Tickets also available for a cruise from 8-10 p.m. to watch fireworks; cost is $15. Fireworks begin at 9: p.m. and are launched from a barge outside the harbor.
Fullerton: Fullerton High School Stadium -- Fireworks show and festival. Gates open at 5 p.m. for food and games. Fireworks at 9 p.m. 700 N. Lemon. (714) 738-6545.
Huntington Beach: Huntington Beach 4th of July Celebration -- 99th Annual Huntington Beach Parade starts at 10 a.m. on Pacific Coast Highway at 8th Street. Parade special guests include Mickey Rooney and Reggie Jackson. A blues band, Raging Sun, will also perform from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Pacific Coast Highway and Main in the Pier Plaza. Huntington Beach: Surf City 5K Run/Fitness Expo -- From 6 a.m. to noon. Live entertainment, family fun, refreshments and fitness products. Run includes H.B. residents 5K run/walk; open 5K Run/ walk, 5K Stroller Run; Kids Run, 1 mile, half-mile. Check in at the intersection of 17th and Main.

Irvine: Fourth of July Celebration -- Patriotic parade with former Mayor Marian Bergeson as grand marshal begins at 9:30 at Mariners Drive and Commodore Road and ends at Mariners Park at 10:15. Orange Park Acres Parade: Parade starts at 9 a.m. on Frank Street. The parade will include floats, bicycles, tractors, walkers, horses, dogs and golf carts.
