Re “High Court to Rule on Terrorism Detainees,” Nov. 11:
Regardless of the fact that the prison at the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay is in another country, it is a government-run facility. Senators and congressmen, as duly elected representatives of the American people, have the right and responsibility to inspect it.
Is this an American concentration camp?
