Regarding “EarthLink Is Still Piping Up for Access,” July 5:
You asked EarthLink Chief Executive Garry Betty if customers had complained about technical service since his company moved call centers offshore. His answer avoids the question.
I’ve been an EarthLink customer for nearly 10 years. Until the move, technical service was superb. Now, however, it is absolutely terrible.
Those offshore EarthLink techies don’t have a clue.
