County Investigates Freeway Chemical Spill

Investigators are determining whether a crime was committed when a tanker-truck spilled 3,200 gallons of hazardous chemicals on a San Diego freeway last week.
The San Diego County Department of Environmental Health is questioning the hauling company, HTS; the San Diego aerospace firm that made the chemicals, Caspian; and the disposal company, US Filters.
