Time Warner Expands Board to 15 From 13

Media giant Time Warner Inc. is expanding the size of its board to 15 from 13, nominating two independent directors.
The company said that it was nominating Jessica Einhorn, dean of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, and Deborah Wright, chief executive of Carver Bancorp Inc.
Time Warner also disclosed in its proxy statement that Chief Executive Richard Parsons received a total of $16.2 million in compensation in 2004.
