Rape, Kidnap Charges Added Against Father

A registered sex offender accused of trying to kill his 12-year-old daughter last month has been arraigned on additional charges, including rape and kidnapping.
John R. Tuggle, 37, arraigned in Wallace, already had been charged with attempted murder. He could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.
Tuggle is being held on $10 million bail.
