Kelly accepts coach’s job at Cincinnati

Brian Kelly accepted the coaching job at Cincinnati on Sunday, three days after he led Central Michigan to the Mid-American Conference championship.
Kelly replaces Mark Dantonio, who left to coach at Michigan State after three seasons in Cincinnati. Earlier Sunday, the Bearcats agreed to play in the inaugural International Bowl on Jan. 6 in Toronto against Western Michigan.

Matt Moore passed for three touchdowns as Oregon State upset then-No. 24 Hawaii, 35-32, at Honolulu on Saturday night.
The Beavers (9-4) ended the Warriors’ winning streak at nine and became the first team to beat Hawaii (10-3) since Boise State on Sept. 23.
Hawaii’s Colt Brennan is one touchdown pass shy of tying the NCAA single-season mark of 54 set by Houston’s David Klingler in 1990.
Brennan finished 37 of 50 for 401 yards and two touchdowns.
