A former personal assistant has sued “Superman Returns” producer Jon Peters, alleging she was forced to quit her job because he sexually harassed her, including exposing himself to her and her 3-year-old daughter.
Shelly Morita filed her lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court this week, alleging hostile work environment, failure to prevent sexual harassment and constructive termination. She is seeking unspecified damages.
Representatives for Peters could not be reached for comment.
