Offices: Most city, county and federal offices and courts will be open.
Mail: Post offices will be open and mail will be delivered.
Libraries: Most will be closed.
Banks: Most will be open.
Schools: Public schools will be closed. Cal State Fullerton, UC Irvine and Chapman University will be open.
Public transportation: Orange County Transportation Authority buses and Metrolink trains will operate on regular schedules.
Trash collection: Pickup will not be affected.
