GM, Toyota Said to Have Ended Fuel Cell Talks

General Motors Corp. and Toyota Motor Corp. ended discussions late last year to jointly develop fuel-cell systems to power vehicles without gasoline, sources at both companies said.

The meetings ended after the automakers couldn’t agree on intellectual property issues, said people familiar with the talks.
