‘Full Monty,’ with Speedos

The English Channel is 21 miles of freezing water between England and France. But for one Glaswegian man in “On a Clear Day” (2005), such obstacles pale when compared to the rest of his life. Frank Redmond, laid off from his job and estranged from his son, trains to swim the channel just to have a goal. But in doing so, he crosses distances within his family. Director Gaby Dellal will speak about the film as part of the Reel Talk With Stephen Farber series.
