Appeals Court Judge Announces Retirement

Justice Daniel Curry, a former vice president and general counsel of the Times Mirror Corp., is retiring from the 2nd District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles.
Curry, 68, was appointed to the Los Angeles County Superior Court in 1992 and elevated to the appeals court six years later.
