Teacher is suspected of having sex with student

Police arrested a 27-year-old high school teacher Tuesday on suspicion of having sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old student.
Upland resident Brad Jason Theobald is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Theobald, who taught biology and coached cross-country and track at Centennial High School in Corona, is accused of having a consensual sexual relation- ship with the student, said Corona Police Sgt. Jerry Pawluczenko.
