Refinery blast leaves 19 hurt

An explosion rocked a West Texas refinery, injuring at least 19 people and sparking a blaze that sent a huge black cloud into the sky.
More than 400 workers were evacuated from the Valero McKee Refinery in Sunray after the explosion, according to authorities.
Valero, the largest refiner in North America, operates 16 refineries in North America and one in Aruba. The McKee refinery has a capacity of 170,000 barrels a day.
