Re “Try policy instead of PR,” Opinion, Nov. 19
Price B. Floyd criticizes President Bush for giving the U.S. a poor image internationally, and he blames Bush’s policies, not the spokespersons who have resigned.
Someone should tell Floyd that the new heads of state of France, Britain and Germany have all recently said how much they admire us and how friendly they are toward us.
Could it be that the former heads of state were more the problem than our administration?
