5 bodies found in residence

Authorities found five people dead in a ransacked house on Chicago’s South Side, police said.
It appeared that the three men and two women had been shot, but investigators were awaiting autopsy results, Chief of Detectives Thomas Byrne said.
Authorities said the incident appeared to be an isolated event.
