DreamWorks to buy back stock

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. agreed to buy back $21.8 million in stock from a charity established by film director Steven Spielberg.
DreamWorks Animation will repurchase 706,330 shares for $30.86 each from the Wunderkinder Foundation, the Glendale company said.
