CSI: NY: Mac (Gary Sinise) is determined to seek justice when a 14-year-old boy is shot in front of his 12-year-old brother, in this new episode (10 p.m. CBS).
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Cragen (Dann Florek) coordinates a movement to catch a man who has raped three girls. A rookie officer (Graham Davie) makes an arrest in the case (10 p.m. NBC).
Top Chef Masters: Mmmmmmm … doughnuts. “The Simpsons” creator Matt Groening, cast member Hank Azaria and writer Matt Selman drop by to judge a quick-fire challenge based on the long-running animated hit (10 p.m. Bravo).

Baseball: The Florida Marlins visit the Chicago Cubs (11 a.m. WGN A); the Tampa Bay Rays visit the Angels (4 p.m. FSN); the Dodgers visit the Arizona Diamondbacks (6:30 p.m. FS Prime).
