Beloved L.A. favorite Eggslut has expanded to Las Vegas, making a home for itself at the Cosmopolitan. Inspired by a true love for eggs, Chef Alvin Cailan’s menu is a poised equilibrium of comfort and innovation, with creative twists on morning sandwich favorites that showcase the restaurant’s key, namesake ingredient.
“The vibe and culture at the Cosmopolitan feels fresh and real,” Cailan said in a press release. Finally, eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
