Siblings Scott, Steven and Stephanie Baio have sold their mother’s Toluca Lake home at $3.15 million.
The 11,075-square-foot house sits on more than a half-acre of gated grounds. The expansive master suite includes a sitting room, two fireplaces, a gym, a sauna and an office. There are a total of six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a 10-car garage.
After roles in the sitcoms “Happy Days” (1977-84), “Joanie Loves Chachi” (1982-83) and “Charles in Charge” (1984-90), Scott Baio gained a new generation of fans playing lawyer Bob Loblaw on “Arrested Development” (2005) and himself in “Scott Baio Is 45 ... and Single” (2007). He’s now starring in the comedy “See Dad Run” (2012-present).
Steven Baio acted on “Happy Days” (1983-84) and “Joanie Loves Chachi” (1982), among other programs. Steven’s twin, Stephanie Baio Brouse, is chief operations officer at the House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles.
The property was purchased by the late Mario Baio and Rose Baio in 1994 for $1.305 million, according to public records. Rose Baio had the house sold in a downsizing move.
Scott Sorrentino and Lisa Sorrentino of Rodeo Realty were the listing agents. Richard Stanley of Coldwell Banker’s Los Feliz office represented the buyer.
