Looking to make an off-court pass of sorts, Golden State Warriors sixth man Andre Iguodala has put his home in Sherman Oaks area up for sale at $1.75 million.
The fenced and gated Mediterranean, built in 2007, features dark wood and mosaic tile floors, arched doorways and vaulted ceilings — a feature that likely appealed to the 6-foot-6 basketball player.
Two floors include a formal entry, a dining room, a loft/bonus room and an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and a wide center island. Two fireplaces are found in the family and living rooms.
The master suite has a soaking tub, a walk-in closet and French doors that open to balcony. In all, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms in nearly 4,000 square feet of space.
A patio, a two-car garage, mature trees and lawns make up the grounds.
Iguodala bought the property in 2009 for $1.05 million, records show. In recent years, the house has been offered for lease for as much as $6,700 a month.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman are the listing agents.
Iguodala, 32, has played 12 seasons in the NBA with the Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets and Warriors, making one all-star team (2012). The guard-forward out of the University of Arizona won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympic games and took home NBA Finals MVP honors last year.
