Scooter Braun, talent manager to such stars as Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, has sold a home in Hollywood Hills West for $3.925 million.
The brick-lined residence came on the market in late October at $4.6 million and had an offer pending in less than a month. Braun, who owns another home in the area, paid $2.45 million for the property in 2012 with the intention of razing it and adding a basketball court.
Set above the Sunset Strip, the two-story residence has a living room with a curving row of windows, an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in about 2,380 square feet. The master suite features a large soaking tub.
French doors in the dining area open to a large deck offering jetliner views.
Darlene Hutton and Jaisa Bishop of Partners Trust in Brentwood were the listing agents. Michael Nourmand of Nourmand & Associates represented the buyer in the sale.
Braun, 33, formed Raymond-Braun Media Group, a joint venture with the artist Usher, in 2008. Carly Rae Jepsen, Martin Garrix and Psy are among his other clients.
