Stephanie Savage, creator and executive producer of “Astronaut Wives Club,” has sold her home in Los Feliz for $1.81 million.
Built in the Roaring ‘20s, the redone house is set on a knoll near Griffith Park. Inside the two-story Spanish-style home are 2,228 square feet of living space with an office/den, an updated kitchen with a butler’s pantry, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are living room and patio fireplaces.
The tidy lot includes mature trees, flagstone steps, lawn and iceberg roses illuminated by landscape lighting. The backyard contains a lagoon-style pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area.
Savage has produced and/or written for such shows as “Hart of Dixie” (2011-present), “Gossip Girl” (2007-12) and “The O.C.” (2003-07).
She bought the property in 2009 for $1.545 million, public records show.
Jeff Yarbrough of Keller Williams was the listing agent. William Barker of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
