NFL’s Toby Gerhart makes a run out of Jacksonville

Free agent running back Toby Gerhart has sold his waterfront home in Jacksonville, Fla., for $820,000.
For that, the new owner got 2,863 square feet of living space, a swimming pool and a boat dock. Built in 1979, the Cape Cod-inspired Traditional-style house contains a combined living and dining area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms on two stories. The master suite is on the first floor.
There’s also an outdoor kitchen by the pool.
Gerhart, 31, has played for the Minnesota Vikings and the Jacksonville Jaguars — hence the Jacksonville address. He hails from Norco, Calif., and had a distinguished sports career at Stanford University.
Douglas Addeo of Community Realty Associates was the listing agent. Lisa Sandifer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida represented the buyer.
