Heroes Reborn The original show’s Sendhil Ramamurthy guest-stars in his former role as Mohinder Suresh, and reunites with fellow “Heroes” alums Jack Coleman and Masi Oka in a tale recalling what’s said to be the tragedy of June 13, 2014. Ultimately, it’s up to the characters to save the future by revisiting the past. Pruitt Taylor Vince guest stars. 8 p.m. NBC
Bones As Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and her team examine a headless corpse, they receive a visit from Abbie Mills and Ichabod Crane (Nicole Beharie, Tom Mison), who have traveled from Sleepy Hollow to claim the remains for their own investigation. David Boreanaz also stars in two-part Halloween-themed crossover that concludes on “Sleepy Hollow.” 8 and 9 p.m. Fox
The Blacklist The FBI and Reddington (James Spader) try to protect Liz (Megan Boone) when an enormous reward offered for her capture draws in a number of assassins. 9 p.m. NBC
Scandal Olivia and Fitz (Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn) have a chance to make their troubles disappear with a virtual “Get Out of Jail Free” card, but Mellie (Bellamy Young) doesn’t get off as easily. “Grey’s Anatomy” star Chandra Wilson directs this new episode. 9 p.m. ABC
Restaurant: Impossible The son of the owners of the Lake Arrowhead Sports Grill in Blue Jay, ask for Chef Robert Irvine’s help in rebuilding their business in this new ambush episode of the unscripted series. 9 p.m. Food
The Player The House bets on whether Alex (Philip Winchester) can stop a serial killer by Halloween in this new episode. Wesley Snipes and Damon Gupton star with guest star Richard Roundtree. 10 p.m. NBC
How to Get Away With Murder Annalise’s (Viola Davis) new client is a transgender professor accused of killing her husband, in this new episode. Jack Falahee, Matt McGorry, Aja Naomi King, Charlie Weber and Liza Weil also star. 10 p.m. ABC
