Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Skye’s (Chloe Bennet) father (Kyle MacLachlan) has a score to settle with Coulson (Clark Gregg) as the action adventure season returns with new episodes. 9 p.m. ABC
Rizzoli & Isles In a new episode, the squad is forced to work with a private investigator when a clothing designer is found poisoned and his wife is reported missing. Angie Harmon, Sasha Alexander and Lorraine Bracco star. 9 p.m. TNT
The Mindy Project Mindy (Mindy Kaling) finds it more difficult to attract patients to her fertility clinic than she imagined. Dan Bakkedahl guest stars in this new episode. 9:30 p.m. Fox
Justified A visit from his baby daughter threatens to pull Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) away from the hunt for a dangerous fugitive while Boyd (Walter Goggins) takes Ava (Joelle Carter) on a hunting trip that she may never come back from in this new episode. 10 p.m. FX

The Artist This 2011 silent movie, a best-picture Oscar winner, is an affectionate tribute to movie history. Jean Dujardin also earned an Academy Award as an actor who fears what the dawn of talking pictures may mean for his career and who falls for a chorus girl (Berenice Bejo) whose star is rising 5 p.m. TCM
