NCIS Robert Wagner returns as DiNozzo’s (Michael Weatherly) father, who lends his art expertise when the team investigates a murder connected to a rare painting that turns out to have been swapped with a copy, prompting a probe of the world of black-market art dealing. Mark Harmon stars in this new episdoe. 8 p.m. CBS
The Flash Deciding she and Barry (Grant Gustin) need to move on from Ronnie and Iris (Robbie Amell, Candice Patton) and find romance elsewhere, Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) takes him to a karaoke bar where he meets someone new (Malese Jow). 8 p.m. KTLA

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. An amnesiac Lady Sif (Jaimie Alexander) is helped by Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team, who are troubled when they learn about what’s at the root of her memory loss, in this new episode. 9 p.m. ABC
The Mindy Project Danny (Chris Messina) frantically searches for a new priest after he dies following a long and detailed confession in this new episode. 9:30 p.m. Fox
Justified In this new episode Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) extends an unexpected offer to Markham (Sam Elliott) while Boyd and Ava (Walton Goggins, Joelle Carter) encounter a desperate Walker (Garret Dillahunt) 10 p.m. FX
