Salute the middle of the week with this saucy pumpkin cocktail recipe

Take some of your favorite fall flavors — pumpkin, cinnamon, orange and maple — and combine them in a glass. This saucy pumpkin cocktail does just that, adding a touch of cinnamon whiskey, orange liqueur and maple syrup to a pint of pumpkin ale. It’s a simple cocktail to make, and a perfect way to salute the season, your week, or the fact that you’ve managed to make it through the day. Cheers.
SAUCY PUMPKIN COCKTAIL
Total time: 2 minutes. | Serves 1
1 ounce cinnamon whiskey, preferably Fireball
Generous 1/2 ounce orange liqueur, preferably Grand Marnier
Splash maple syrup
Pumpkin ale
Orange twist or cinnamon stick, garnish
In a pint glass, combine the whiskey, liqueur and syrup. Add ice and stir. Top with pumpkin ale and stir again. Garnish and serve.
