The cocky one " Project Runway" has seen more of a few of them, and grunge-inspired designer Jeffrey Sebelia was nothing if not confident. In the first episode of “Project Runway,” Sebelia set a new standard of snobbery, announcing, “I’m looking around, and it’s just all remedial, intermediate stuff happening.” Still, Sebelia later confessed that his on-air persona was constructed for entertainment value. “I thought I’d start out really dark and annoying,” Sebelia told New York Magazine in 2007.
