Pretty Little Liars After school officials ban the Liars from the Rosewood High prom, the girls agree to a “home prom” in Spencer’s (Troian Bellisario) barn hosted by moms Veronica, Pam, Ashley and Ella (Lesley Fera, Nia Peeples, Laura Leighton, Holly Marie Combs) in this new episode. 8 and 10 p.m. Family
Nick News With Linda Ellerbee This new episode examines the effectiveness of traditional methods of school punishment and explores the “restorative justice” approach. 8 p.m. Nickelodeon
Rizzoli & Isles A police investigation of the murder of a jeweler who catered to an elite client list leads to a member of the Isles family. Sasha Alexander and Angie Harmon star. 9 p.m. TNT
Stitchers When Cameron and Det. Fisher (Kyle Harris, Damon Dayoub) are targeted in a shooting, Kirsten’s (Emma Ishta) stitch leads the team to a security expert (Henry Rollins) who once was close to Kirsten’s mother in the season finale. 9 p.m. Family
Clipped After they discover Buzzy (George Wendt) is gambling with money earmarked for his mother’s medication, A.J. and Mo (Mike Castle, Matt Cook) decide to lose a poker game to him in this new episode. 10 p.m. TBS
Proof Carolyn’s (Jennifer Beals) private investigation and her public medical career overlap when a grieving mother insists that her dead son has been reincarnated in one of Carolyn’s patients. Matthew Modine, Edi Gathegi, Joe Morton and David Sutcliffe also star in this new episode. 10 p.m. TNT
Playing House In the Season 2 premiere, Maggie and Emma (Lennon Parham, Jessica St. Clair) have an awkward encounter with Mark and Tina (Keegan-Michael Kay, Lindsay Sloane), 10 p.m. USA. A second new episode follows at 10:30.
