Nicole Murphy’s Calabasas house is on the market again at $8,495,000

Perhaps the third time’s a charm?
Nicole Murphy, ex-wife of comedian and box-office star Eddie Murphy, has once again listed her Calabasas residence at $8,495,000. She had it on the market last year at the same price and in 2007 at $9,995,000.
The 9,214-square-foot Spanish-style home is billed as “celebrity owned” on the Multiple Listing Service but also that it’s in a “guarded/double gated community,” so that should keep the lookyloos at bay. There are seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, six fireplaces and two three-car garages. Amenities include a theater, an elevator, the requisite swimming pool with spa and a detached casita with a kitchen.
Nicole Murphy, 41, and Eddie Murphy, 48, divorced in 2006 after 13 years of marriage.
