2 immigrants in U.S. illegally are named to Huntington Park commissions

Julian Zatarain, a 21-year-old college student, came to the U.S. illegally from Sinaloa, Mexico, when he was 13. Monday he was appointed a city commissioner at Huntington Park City Hall.
