SAN DIEGO -- Law enforcement negotiators Sunday were trying to talk down a man who scaled the fence at the FBI headquarters in San Diego and climbed to the roof, officials said.
The man’s motivation is unknown. Officials said he has had no access to the interior of the building.
The incident began shortly before noon, and FBI agents and San Diego police subsequently surrounded the headquarters in the Sorrento Valley area.
The man is considered to be dangerous, officials said, although it is unclear whether he is armed.
