Darrell Wilks captured the realistic perspective of the New York
underground, a viewpoint not explored by American media. The attacks

interviewed in the streets. One rapper expresses the limitations of
his world by commenting that the city was as dangerous for him before
the attack as after. Another is grateful, perhaps for the first time,
that she lives in the ghetto because terrorists wouldn’t bother
attacking her neighborhood. These artists continue their struggle to
address issues of race, class and evolving black culture in America

Ireland, 1924. Harry’s favorite son, Patrick, was killed during
the civil war. His wife, Anne, died of a broken heart shortly after.
He continues to live with his other son, Gus, in their small house on
the edge of the village of Skillet but he gradually becomes more and
more withdrawn. One gray day, Harry has an absurd idea, why not find
himself an enemy? After all, if love seems to have left him with
nothing, perhaps hate can give him back some relish for life. After
some hard thinking, he settles on George, the most powerful man in
the village and becomes obsessed with how to destroy him. This
absurdist tragicomic parable, crafted by Serbian director Goran
Paskaljevick, contains underlying similarities both Ireland and
Serbia have with nationalist struggles.
