HOSPITALITY NIGHT
Hospitality Night, a holiday event sponsored by the Chamber of
Commerce, will feature Santa’s arrival, refreshments and a tree
lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave. Santa will
arrive at 5 p.m. and Downtown businesses will remain open.

TARNISHED TREASURES
The Tarnished Treasures and Silent Auction Luncheon will be held
at 11 a.m. at the Woman’s Club of Laguna Beach, 286 St. Ann’s Drive.
The event will be catered by a local restaurant and special
entertainment is planned. Jewelry and handmade crafts will be for
sale and proceeds will benefit local charities and clubhouse

‘CONSTANT STAR’
Five actresses will portray Ida B. Wells, a journalist and civil
rights activist who organized the first anti-lynching campaign in the
United States. The performance will feature 20 songs sung A Capella
in five-part harmony. The musical will run through Dec. 5 at the
Laguna Playhouse, 606 Laguna Canyon Road. Call for ticket prices and

A TASTE OF WINE
Wine tasting takes place from 5 to 9 p.m. every Friday at Len’s
Wine Cite. Different wines will be sampled each week. Len’s is at 303

SATURDAY
WINTER FESTIVAL
The Sawdust Winter Fantasy art festival, a holiday art and crafts
event featuring more than 170 artists will be held from 10 a.m. to 6
p.m. at the Sawdust Festival grounds, 935 Laguna Canyon Road. The
event will feature hands-on activities and seasonal entertainment
such as Santa and a real snowfield. Tickets are $4.50 for adults, and
$2 for children. The festival also runs on Dec.5, 11 and 12.

CANYON ARTISTS
Laguna Canyon Artists invite the public to wander through working
artist studios and buy unique gifts from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 3251
Laguna Canyon Road. The event is free and there will be free parking

BEEHIVE
The ‘60s musical, “Beehive,” will be presented at 8 p.m. by the No

FLUTE AND GUITAR
First Sundays, a free concert from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Laguna
College of Art and Design, 2222 Laguna Canyon Road, will feature
Susan Fries playing the flute and Eric Brenton playing guitar.
