Art Walk names new board members

First Thursday’s Art Walk has elected new board members.

Returning as president is M. “Charlie” Ferrazzi, of The Esther Wells Collection. Also returning are Treasurer John Eagle of Studio 7 Gallery and board member Rebecca Barber of Studio Arts Gallery.

New officers include Vice President John Tabacek of Mandarin Fine Art; secretary Amber Henry of Whelan Gallery, Todd Kenyon of PureLagunaBeach Gallery and Michelle Lance of Coolsville ““ Roark’s Studio Gallery.

Now in its 10th year, the event has grown from a handful of galleries to a citywide event that encourages people to visit the galleries and see artist demonstrations and new exhibit openings, meet artists, enjoy live performances, learn about and purchase art in a casual, relaxed atmosphere.

A free shuttle service allows attendees easy access to the galleries that stretch between Jasmine at the north end of Coast Highway to Bluebird Canyon Drive at the south end, without worrying about parking.
