Clayton Kershaw and Mike Bolsinger trade places in Dodgers rotation

Reporting from Washington — Clayton Kershaw’s first start after the All-Star break has been pushed to Saturday, the Dodgers announced Thursday.
Kershaw will be trading places in the rotation with Mike Bolsinger, who is now scheduled to pitch the first game of the three-game series on Friday against the Washington Nationals.
The first-place Dodgers had previously named Kershaw their Friday starter, followed by Bolsinger and Zack Greinke, in that order.
The change in the rotation will result in an extra day of rest for Kershaw, who threw a 22-pitch inning Tuesday in the All-Star game.
Greinke started the game for the National League and pitched two innings.
Jordan Zimmermann will start for the Nationals in the series opener at Nationals Park. Doug Fister will pitch for the Nationals on Saturday, followed by Max Scherzer on Sunday.
The Dodgers have days off on July 27 and July 30, which will give them a couple of chances to reset their rotation.
