Football: Loyola to play Cathedral in battle of downtown skyline views

The two high schools with the best views of downtown Los Angeles at night have reached agreement to play for the first time in more than 40 years.
Los Angeles Loyola will play host to Los Angeles Cathedral in football on Sept. 16.
In 2017, they will play at Cathedral.
The last time they played was 1973, and Loyola won, 14-12.
The two programs have played 42 times, and Loyola leads, 30-11-1.
