St. John Bosco is beginning to pull away in the Pac-5 Division final at Angel Stadium.
Manasseh Anesi plowed over the goal line from one yard out and the Braves have opened a 20-7 lead over Mater Dei with 3:51 left in the third quarter.
Reid Budrovich capped a 10-play, 68-yard march with a 30-yard field goal earlier in the quarter.
