Update: The last time UCLA (12-8 overall, 3-4 in Pac-12 Conference games) played Washington (13-6, 5-2) —the league opener for both — Bryce Alford made three-pointers at the end of regulation and the first overtime to send the game into a second overtime.
Washington won, 96-93, and the victory ignited a surprisingly strong start for the Huskies in conference play. Washington has won three overtime games, and the Huskies sit atop the Pac-12 standings, tied with Oregon. Guard Andrew Andrews is averaging 21.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists.
